The oldest university in the West (founded in 1088), the UNIBO has taught renowned students such as Aldo Costa, Giorio Armani, Guglielmo Marconi, Erasme de Rotterdam et Nicolas Copernic.
Located in the 7th largest city in Italy, students account for 1/3 of Bologne’s population. The university’s 85,000 students (of which 11% are international) can choose between 200 different degree tracks among the 33 different departments.
