Sapienza University of Rome

Established in 1303, La Sapienza‘s the main campus is located in the student neighborhood of Tiburtino, only a 40-minute minute walk to the Colosseum.  Today the university welcomes around 112,000 students of which approximately 8,000 are international, and employs 4,000 teachers. 270 different degrees are on offer for Bachelor’s and Master’s students, 30 of these are taught entirely in English.
