Objectives
Challenge Market. Pro is a simulation designed to teach Marketing Strategy concepts, such as brand portfolio strategy, segmentation and positioning strategies.
Challenge Market. Pro provides participants with a unique learning experience, where analysis, strategic thinking, competition, teamwork and emulation are at the heart of the challenge.
Course outline
Teams of three to six participants manage their fictitious company in direct competition against other teams.
Teams take charge of their company’s Marketing Department over a maximum of 12 simulated periods, in a highly competitive environment with multiple markets, consumer segments and distribution channels. Consumer needs are at the heart of decision-making, and in-depth analysis of internal reports, newspapers and market research is key to the success of the teams’ strategy.
