Structural equations modeling

Objectives

Structural equation models (SEM) are widely used in a number of disciplines, including psychometrics, sociology, econometrics and management science. The aim of this course is to acquire the methodological reflexes and theoretical knowledge needed to implement SEM models. The practical application will be carried out mainly in SAS.

Course outline

1. Modeling consumer behavior: satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Methods for estimating structural equation models: the LISREL method, the PLS approach and the RFPC approach.
3. Model creation: free models.
4. Building structural models on different types of data.
