Course outline
The 5 modern languages offered target communicative language skills. Students will work on all linguistic skills and learn to describe and analyze the cultural contexts specific to the people who speak the language studied: German, Chinese, Spanish, Italian or Japanese. The content varies according to the level and language of the courses: from beginners (level A1 of the CEFR) to learn the basics, to thematic courses for the more advanced (level B1/B2 of the CEFR). They gain perspective on their own cultures by opening up to those studied in class to develop transversal skills (Soft Skills) and universal skills, particularly in the areas of openness to the world.
