Objectives
In addition to reinforcing their marketing knowledge, which is essential to understanding the professional contexts in which they will be working, the aim of this seminar is above all to make students aware of the new marketing approaches linked to so-called "digital" channels (website and e-commerce, email, social networks, mobile) and the adjacent technical complexities. This teaching should enable them to be fully aware of the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that serve as the basis for customer knowledge analysis and business performance measurement.
