Objectives

Customer satisfaction has become a crucial issue for all companies, and monitoring it is essential.

The course enables you to :

-Understand the different conceptual approaches to consumer or user satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

-Understand and interpret the different indicators that measure satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

-Measure the link between satisfaction/dissatisfaction and consumer behavior.

-Use the new NLP (Natural Language Processing) tools to process textual and image information collected in particular on websites via digital tools.
