Master in Statistics for Smart Data: Watch the Webinar Replay

In March, ENSAI organized a virtual Open Day for the Master in Statistics for Smart Data. An hour of discussion about the admissions process, the program, and the professional outcomes. The webinar replay is now available on the ENSAI’s YouTube channel.  

The session was led by Todd Donahue, Head of the Office of International Relations and Department of Humanities, who presented ENSAI and its environment.

Professor Valentin Patilea, Head of Research at ENSAI and Head of the Master program, talked about the coursework, the theoretical/practical balance, and the career opportunities. Cécile Terrien, in charge of admissions and academic affairs, gave insight into the admissions process.

Two alumni joined the talk to share their experience at ENSAI. François-Xavier Gallat and Eveline Mathol graduated from the Master in 2019. They are namely Data Scientist at Probayes AI (France) and Data Scientist at ABN AMRO Bank (Netherlands).

The Master in Statistics for Smart Data at ENSAI is a unique and innovative program taught entirely in English. It combines advanced notions in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, and Computer Science and includes several units specific to this program which can be used in developing Artificial Intelligence.

This one-year degree prepares graduates for exciting careers as highly-qualified Data Scientists in numerous sectors and opens the door to PhD studies for a career in research.
