Despite an uncertain economic climate and a marked slowdown in executive hiring\u2014as highlighted by the latest survey from the Conf\u00e9rence des Grandes \u00c9coles\u2014the indicators remain positive for the most recent class of ENSAI graduates.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Like all graduates of the grandes \u00e9coles, ENSAI graduates have navigated a job market marked by a decline in companies\u2019 hiring intentions.<\/p>\n<p>At 81%, ENSAI\u2019s net employment rate continues to exceed that of engineering schools as a whole (77.5%).<\/p>\n<p>This consistently high figure attests to the quality and relevance of the school\u2019s curriculum in a constantly evolving sector, driven by the digital transformation of the economy and advances in big data and artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<h3>Attractive Employment Conditions<\/h3>\n<p>Career entry is consistently rapid: among employed graduates, 90% of contracts are signed within two months, with 74% signed even before graduation. Furthermore, 49% of those hired were recruited following their end-of-study internship.<\/p>\n<p>75% of employed graduates hold permanent contracts.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Among the most common positions held by the Class of 2025 are: data consultant, research engineer, quantitative analyst, biostatistician, and design engineer. One position consistently stands out, accounting for 41% of hires: data scientist.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It is worth noting the gradual emergence of artificial intelligence in the career paths of ENSAI graduates, with positions such as AI engineer.<\/p>\n<h3>An average salary higher than the average salary of graduates from all engineering schools<\/h3>\n<p>Strong demand for data science specialists keeps salaries at a high level. At \u20ac44,430 gross annually (in France, including bonuses), the average salary for ENSAI\u2019s Class of 2025 graduates is more than \u20ac2,000 higher than the average salary for all graduates of French engineering schools.<\/p>\n<h3>Source : The Young Graduates Employment Survey, a benchmark for the Grandes \u00c9coles<\/h3>\n<p>Since 1993, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cge.asso.fr\/\">Conf\u00e9rence des Grandes \u00c9coles (CGE)<\/a> has published an annual survey assessing the alignment between the curricula of the Grandes \u00c9coles and the needs of the job market. Conducted under ENSAI\u2019s supervision, this study is carried out directly by the institutions during the first quarter. It analyzes the career placement of graduates from the last three graduating classes.
