The 2024 <\/span>job placement<\/span> survey<\/span> highlights the speed at <\/span>which<\/span> engineers<\/span> graduating<\/span> from<\/span> ENSAI in 2023 <\/span>found<\/span> their<\/span> first job. <\/span>Across<\/span> all <\/span>indicators<\/span>, <\/span>including<\/span> salaries and type of <\/span>contract<\/span>, the <\/span>results<\/span> were<\/span> positive.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The results show once again that ENSAI engineering graduates can capitalize on a scientific and operational education that meets <\/span>companies\u2019<\/span> needs. Nationally, the 32nd job placement survey conducted by the<\/span><\/span> Conf\u00e9rence<\/span> des <\/span>grandes<\/span> \u00e9coles<\/span><\/span> (CGE) confirms the resilience of the “<\/span><\/span>Grande \u00e9cole<\/span><\/span> model” and its appeal to employers in a more difficult and lackluster economic climate than in recent years following the health crisis.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Great <\/span>employment<\/span> conditions<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Job <\/span>search<\/span> times are <\/span>short:<\/span> <\/span>92.1% of positions are <\/span>found<\/span> within<\/span> two<\/span> months<\/span> of graduation, <\/span>and<\/span> 79.4% <\/span>before<\/span> graduation.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nearly half<\/span> of employed graduates (48.3%) claim to have found a job thanks to their end-of-study internship,\u00a0proof that <\/span>the <\/span>ENSAI<\/span> brand <\/span>remains<\/span> a reliable choice for companies.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Nine<\/span> out of <\/span>ten<\/span> employed<\/span> graduates<\/span> have permanent <\/span>contracts<\/span>. <\/span>What<\/span> are the job <\/span>titles<\/span> of the <\/span>class of 2023 <\/span>engineers<\/span>? Data <\/span>analyst<\/span>, <\/span>risk<\/span> analyst<\/span>, data <\/span>engineer<\/span>, <\/span>biostatistician<\/span>, data manager, <\/span>research<\/span> engineer<\/span>, machine <\/span>learning<\/span> engineer<\/span>… <\/span><\/span>One position stands out, <\/span>representing<\/span> 37% of <\/span>hires<\/span>: Data <\/span>Scientist<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/strong> 86% of <\/span>employed<\/span> graduates<\/span> are <\/span>satisfied<\/span> or <\/span>very<\/span> satisfied<\/span> with<\/span> their<\/span> position.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A<\/span>verage<\/span> ENSAI<\/span> salar<\/span>ies are<\/span> above<\/span> the <\/span>average<\/span> salary<\/span> of <\/span>graduates<\/span> from<\/span> all engineering <\/span>schools<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

The <\/span>strong<\/span> demand<\/span> for data science <\/span>specialists<\/span> ensures<\/span> that<\/span> salaries <\/span>remain<\/span> at <\/span>a <\/span>very<\/span> high<\/span> level<\/span>: at <\/span><\/span>46,742 \u20ac <\/span>gross<\/span> per <\/span>year<\/span> (in France, <\/span>with<\/span> bonuses<\/span>)<\/span><\/span>, ENSAI <\/span>graduates<\/span> in 2023 <\/span>are<\/span> almost<\/span> 5250 \u20ac <\/span>above<\/span> the <\/span>average<\/span> salary<\/span> for <\/span>engineers<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>job placement <\/span>s<\/span>urvey<\/span> for new <\/span>graduates<\/span>: <\/span>a<\/span> reference<\/span> for <\/span><\/span>Grandes \u00c9coles<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Since 1993, the survey conducted by the Conf\u00e9rence des grandes \u00e9coles<\/a> has provided a set of indicators to evaluate the match between the education offered by the grandes \u00e9coles and the job market. Coordinated and supervised by ENSAI on behalf of the CGE, the survey is carried out by the schools themselves during the first <\/span>quarter and<\/span> describes the <\/span>career paths<\/span> of the last three graduating classes.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
