This commitment, aimed at maintaining a respectful and inclusive climate within the school, is reflected in actions such as <strong>awareness campaigns<\/strong> and a <a href=\"https:\/\/ensai.signalement.net\/entreprises\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reporting procedure<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As of May 2019, ENSAI has three Equality-Diversity officers. Appointed by the director, the Equality-Diversity unit&#8217;s mission is to work closely with the school&#8217;s management to meet the school&#8217;s <strong>needs and legal obligations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The officers regularly attend training sessions and participate in conferences and <strong>networks dedicated to Equality-Diversity<\/strong>, particularly within the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-rennes.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University of Rennes<\/a>\u00a0and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cge.asso.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CGE<\/a>. ENSAI is also involved in the <a href=\"https:\/\/filles-et-maths.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Filles, Maths &amp; Informatique<\/a> events, which aim to encourage young girls to follow a scientific curriculum, particularly in mathematics and computer science.<\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of each academic year, ENSAI organizes an <strong>awareness-raising session<\/strong> on the fight against sexist and sexual violences and discrimination for all its students. In addition, ENSAI has set up <strong>mandatory training<\/strong> for members of the Management Committee on issues related to gender equality and the fight against discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>First-year ENSAI students are required to take the MOOC* &#8220;VSS : Violences sexistes et sexuelles : STOP!&#8221;, developed jointly by IMT Atlantique, the Conf\u00e9rence Permanente des charg\u00e9(e)s de mission Egalit\u00e9-Diversit\u00e9 ( CPED) and the Association Nationale des Etudes F\u00e9ministes (ANEF).
